Among my favorite foods, the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich is my weekend go-to breakfast.

Today’s version has softly and slowly scrambled eggs with chives and emmental cheese (by La Quesería), smoked bacon (by Verve Sano), a tomato slice, s+p, ona fresh croissant (by La Fabryka).

Meanwhile, I’ve reconsidered the weekend menu a bit.

Today’s lunch will be the roast beef sandwich.

Dinner tonight will be Rigatoni with cherry tomatoes and burrata.

Breakfast tomorrow, still TBD.

Late afternoon supper will be the Ajiaco.

I’ll save the ricotta gnocchi for Monday.
